4 Medium Tomatoes, sliced into 1/2in. thick slices
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Heat your indoor or out door grill. Brush the olive oil on each side of the tomato. Sprinkle salt and the peppers on one side of each tomato. Grill over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
