BLT SPREAD

1(8oz.) Box Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Kraft Mayo
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
2 Cups Chopped Iceberg Lettuce
1(4.5oz.) Pack Real Bacon Pieces, I like Walmart Great Value Brand
4 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
2 Green Onions, chopped
1 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, salt and pepper. Mix well. On a serving platter, mound the cream cheese and top evenly with remaining ings. and chill until ready to serve. Serve with Nachos or Pita Chips.

RASPBERRY HONEY BUTTER

1/2 Cup Butter or Marg.(Blue Bonnet) softened 

1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Raspberry Preserves
1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla
Beat butter until soft. Add honey and preserves while mixer is running. Add vanilla and beat for 10 minutes. Store in ref. in coverered container.

COLE SLAW DRESSING

1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Sugar

2 Teaspoons Cider Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Celery Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

Combine all ings. in a small bowl. To make coleslaw, dress 4 cups of shredded red and green cabbage. Use more or less dressing as desired. If you have to much it can be left in the ref. for a few days.

PEANUT BUTTER SPREAD

1 (8oz.) Pack Cream Cheese, softened
12/3 Cups Cramy Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

3/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Milk
In a mixer, cream all the ings. Seve the spread with apple wedges or graham crackers.

NIBBSY SPREAD

1 (4)Oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Cream
2 Tablespoons Sweet Pickle Relish

1 Tablespoon Onion, finely chopped
1 Teaspoon Horseradish
3 Drops Tabasco Sauce
1 Pinch Garlic Salt

Beat cream cheese, mayo and cram until this is cramy. Add remaining ings. and blend thouroughly. Cover and chill to blend the flavors.

CINNAMON HONEY BUTTR

2 Cups Honey
2 Sticks Butter, softened
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
Mix all together good and serve. Keep ref.

EASY CHICKEN SPREAD OR DIP

1 Large Can of Chicken
1 Tub of Whipped Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Taco Seasoning



Mix everything together and do a taste test to make sure the seasoning is right. Add a little more if you need to. You can pour it into a bowl, top with shredded cheese and serve with chips as a dip. You can spread it onto a flour tortilla, roll it up and cut into pinwheels. Or serve with chips.

HONEY MUSTARD SPREAD

1 1/2 Cups Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Dijon-style Mustard
1/2 Cup Honey

In a medium bowl, blend the mayonnaise, Dijon-style mustard and honey. Chill in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before serving.

GRALIC SPREAD

1 (8)oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 Cup Butter or Marg. softened
2 Taplespoons Chopped fresh or dried Parsley
2 Tablespoons Chopped Onion

1 Clove Garlic, minced

In a medium mixing bowl combine cream cheese and butter, mixing until blended. Add parsley, onion and garlic and mix well. Ref. for 2 hours. It becomes better the longer it sits. Keep ref.

MY GRANDSONS JELLY SPREAD FOR BISCUITS

Everytime we have biscuits on the table my twin grandson's have to have this mix for their biscuits. Even good on toast. Just can't stop eating it.

1/2 Cup Grape Jam,  squeezable kind
1/4 Cup Promise Butter Spread or any butter spread

Mix this together and put on your toast or biscuits or eat it by itself. You may want to add more butter than this. Just work with it. It should be light grape color. Ref. leftovers. This is also good with strawberry jam.
