3 Medium Potatoes, peeled and chopped (3cups)
1 (12)oz. Bag of Chopped Broccoli or Broccoli cuts
1 (16)oz. Bag Frozen Whole Kernel Corn
1 Large Onion, chopped
2 Cups Water
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning, crushed
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
8 oz. Velvetta Cheese, cubed
In your medium sized crockpot combine the potatoes, broccoli, corn and onion. Next stir in the water, seasonings and the soup. Cover and cook on low heat for 9 hours or on high for 4 1/2 hours. When almost done stir in the cheese and let melt and cook for 10 minutes.
