1 3/4 Cups Finely Chopped Fresh Basil
2 Small Tomatoes, Finely Chopped
2 1/3 Cups Fine Dry Bread Crumbs
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Jalapeno Pepper, Seeded and Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
In a medium bowl, stir together the basil, tomatoes, bread crumbs, garlic,, jalapeno, salt and olive oil. Cover, and refrigerate overnight. Serve with your favorite dippers like baguette slices or pita chips.
