1 cup corn kernels 1 package Jiffy Corn Mufin mix 11/2 cups shredded cheese 1/2 cup milk 1 egg Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Spray a 12 cup muffin pan. In mixing bowl, combine drained corn, muffin mix, cheese, milk and egg; spoon evenly into prepared muffin cups. Bake 14-16 minutes or until brown. Will make around 12. |
