2 Lbs. Ground Chuck, fried and drained
1 Small Bag Wide Egg Noodles, cooked and drained
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Small Can Water Chestnuts, drained
1 Small Can Mushrooms, drained
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Large Can Corn, drained
1/2 Cup Stuffed Olives, chopped
1 Lb. or more Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme
Salt and Pepper
Hot Sauce to your taste
In a kettle fry the onion, pepper and ground chuck. Drain. Add the cooked noodles and all the other ings. except the cheese. Stir good. Let heat thru. Spray a 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Pour mixture into dish and put cheese on top and bake for 30 minutes on 350.
