1Lb. Ground Chuck
1 Pack Taco Seasoning
1 Jar Salsa
1 Cup Sour Cream
1 Green Onion, chopped
1 Tomato, cut into small chunks
1 Cup or More Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Combine all of the ingredients into a 13 x 9 sprayed baking dish. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with corn chips. I like to use more than one cup of cheese.
