11/2 Cups Sour Cream
1 Can(103/4)oz. Condensed Cream of Potato Soup
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
21/2 Lbs. Red Potatoes around 9, very thinly sliced
1 Cup Vermon Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
2 Tablespoons Chopped Chives
In a medium bowl mix the first three ings. together. Add potatoes and toss to cover. Spoon into a sprayed 13x9 baking dish. Top with cheese. Bake 55 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with chives.
