1 head of lettuce, cut up
1 medium onion, chopped
3 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon white vinegar
3/4 teaspoons salt or to your taste
Combine the sour cream and the sugar, mix and then add the vinegar and the salt. mix again. Pour this over the lettuce and onions and toss. Add the sliced or chopped boiled eggs. Ref. Serve cold.
