MAPLE FUDGE

1 Stick of butter
1 Cup chopped nuts
2 Lb. light brown sugar
1 Large can Carnation cream
1 Tablespoon maple flavoring
24 Oz. almond bark
1 Large jar Marshmallow cream

Mix brown sugar, butter and cream together.
Bring to a boil. Boil to soft ball stage
Remove from heat
Stir until thick
Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan or a little
larger. Cool. Cut

SWEET AND SOUR BEANS

SWEET AND SOUR BEANS

2 - Cans Cut Green Beans 14oz ., drained
4-5 Slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons White Vinger
Pepper to your taste

Fry up the bacon and drain off of the grease. Then crumble it and sit aside.
Put the green beans in a bowl and sprinkle the sugar over top of them.
Then add the vinger and crumbled bacon and stir good. Spray a baking
Dish and put this in it. Sprinkle some pepper over top of this and then
Cover and bake at 350 for around 15-20 minutes until the beans are
Well heated.

MINI BURGERS

These burgers are so good. We have several small stores in our area that make thsese.

MINI BURGERS
1/2 cup dried onion flakes

2 pounds ground chuck- 80/20 ground beef or
you can also use ground turkey

1/2 t. seasoned salt

6 slices cheddar or american cheese
24 small party rolls can use sara lee (the square kind)
24 or more dill pickle slices




Spread the onions on the bottom of a 9x13 inch lightly sprayed baking dish. Gently press the ground beef on top of the onion flakes. Press evenly making one giant pattie. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.Take a paper towel, pat the excess grease from the top of the pattie. Top with cheddar cheese slices or white american or yellow american, return to oven for 2 more minutes. Remove from oven slice open the rolls,put the rolls, the bottom part turned upside down over the meat.Cover with foil,let set 5 minutes.Or you can put the buns on when you put the cheese on and put back in oven covered with the foil.Using a spatula lift pattie with onion layer amd each bun bottom. Take off top bun.Put mayo or mustard on the top bun.Top each slider with a pickle slice or ever how many pickles you like, then the bun top. Serve immediately.You can also make these with ground turkey. Makes 24 Sliders.

CREAM CHEESE SPAGHETTI

CREAM CHEESE SPAGHETTI

1 lb.ground chuck,crumbled, browned and drained
1Jar (24 -26 oz) Ragu Traditional Italian Spaghetti Sauce or your
Choice of Sauce
1/2 Pack (4oz.) of cream cheese, cut up in small cubes
1 Small box of spaghetti, cooked and drained
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Cook beef until brown and  crumble
Then drain off grease
Stir in the Ragu or your favorite kind of sauce
Then put in the cream cheese
Turn down to low and stir until cheese is melted
Put the spaghetti in a bowl
Add the sauce and toss this good
Then sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese

MACARONI AND GROUND BEEF SKILLET DISH

1/2 lb elbow macaroni


1 lb ground beef

1 large onion, diced

1 can (28 oz)diced tomatoes

salt and pepper



Cook macaroni according to package directions. Meanwhile brown ground beef with onion in skillet and drain. Return to skillet and add can of tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add cooked macaroni. Simmer for around 10 minutes.Don't over cook.

MEAT BALLS WITH SALSA

1 Lb. Ground chuck
1 Lb. Itatian sausage
1 Jar of tomato salsa
1 Green Pepper, chopped
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 Egg, beaten
Bread Crumbs
Salt and Pepper

Mix the Hamburger and sausage together in a bowl. Add the chopped onion and pepper and then add the egg and the bread crumbs about 1/2 cup more or less ever what you like. Add the salt and pepper. Form into meat balls. Place in a sprayed oven proof bowl. Pour salsa over top. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Can put shredded Monzello cheese over top when you take them out of the oven.

POTATO CHUNKS AND SALSA

4 Potatoes washed and dryed and cut into chunks
1 Jar of Salsa, Tomato flavored
1 Bag of Mozella Cheese, shredded
Garlic powder

Take the potatos and cut into small chunks but not to small.
Salt and put some garlic powder on them or can use garlic salt and
Leave off the salt.
Deep fry until light brown
Take out and put in plate
Pour salsa over them and then add the cheese on top of this.Ever how much of the cheese you like.
