1 Cup Mayonnaise 1/8 Cup Sugar
1/8 Cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Tablespoon Celery Seeds
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1(10oz.) Bag Coleslaw Mix
2 Tablespoons Finely Diced Green Pepper
1 Tablespoon Grated Onion
Stir together first 7 ingredients in a large bowl; add coleslaw mix and remaining ingredients, tossing gently. Cover and chill 2-3 hours.
