Easy Chicken Spread
8-oz. cream cheese
Small onion, finely chopped
Smal can (4.25oz.) canned chicken
1 Tablespoon mayo
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
Blend all ingredients together with a hand mixer until creamy and combined.
Serve on Ritz, Wheat or Town House crackers.

RANCH PRETZELS
RANCH PRETZELS
9 oz. bag of pretzels
1/4 Cup of vegetable oil
1 Pack of Hidden Valley Ranch Dip
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place the pretzels in a gallon sized ziploc bag. Add the oil, seal
the bag and toss to coat. Add the dry ings. to the bag. Seal and toss again until all of the pretzels
are coated. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until all of the oil has been
absorbed into the pretzels. Cool and store in a air tight container.

CREAM CHEESE AND SAUSAGE CRESCENT BITES
CREAM CHEESE AND SAUSAGE CRESCENT BITES
1 lb. sausage, or 1 lb. Italian sausage, browned & drained
1 (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. Pillsbury Crescent Dinner Rolls
Brown and drain breakfast sausage . Combine sausage & cream cheese. Roll into logs about 2 inches long place on crescent triangle or spoon into crescent. Roll up Crescents and place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 350 about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

2 Lb. light brown sugar
1 Large can Carnation cream
1 Tablespoon maple flavoring
24 Oz. almond bark
1 Large jar Marshmallow cream
Mix brown sugar, butter and cream together.
Bring to a boil. Boil to soft ball stage
Remove from heat
Stir until thick
Pour into a buttered 8 x 8 pan or a little
larger. Cool. Cut

2 - Cans Cut Green Beans 14oz ., drained
4-5 Slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 Tablespoons Sugar
3 Tablespoons White Vinger
Pepper to your taste
Fry up the bacon and drain off of the grease. Then crumble it and sit aside.
Put the green beans in a bowl and sprinkle the sugar over top of them.
Then add the vinger and crumbled bacon and stir good. Spray a baking
Dish and put this in it. Sprinkle some pepper over top of this and then

Well heated.

MINI BURGERS
These burgers are so good. We have several small stores in our area that make thsese.
MINI BURGERS
1/2 cup dried onion flakes
2 pounds ground chuck- 80/20 ground beef or
you can also use ground turkey
1/2 t. seasoned salt
6 slices cheddar or american cheese
24 small party rolls can use sara lee (the square kind)
24 or more dill pickle slices
Spread the onions on the bottom of a 9x13 inch lightly sprayed baking dish. Gently press the ground beef on top of the onion flakes. Press evenly making one giant pattie. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.Take a paper towel, pat the excess grease from the top of the pattie. Top with cheddar cheese slices or white american or yellow american, return to oven for 2 more minutes. Remove from oven slice open the rolls,put the rolls, the bottom part turned upside down over the meat.Cover with foil,let set 5 minutes.Or you can put the buns on when you put the cheese on and put back in oven covered with the foil.Using a spatula lift pattie with onion layer amd each bun bottom. Take off top bun.Put mayo or mustard on the top bun.Top each slider with a pickle slice or ever how many pickles you like, then the bun top. Serve immediately.You can also make these with ground turkey. Makes 24 Sliders.

1/2 Pack (4oz.) of cream cheese, cut up in small cubes
1 Small box of spaghetti, cooked and drained
3 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cook beef until brown and crumble
Then drain off grease
Stir in the Ragu or your favorite kind of sauce
Then put in the cream cheese
Turn down to low and stir until cheese is melted
Put the spaghetti in a bowl
Add the sauce and toss this good
Then sprinkle on the Parmesan cheese
